Hays are working in partnership with a well-established and innovative employer based in Dungannon to recruit a Technical Author to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented Technical Author who enjoys translatingplex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams by ensuring all technical content is accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.
Your New RoleAs Technical Author, you will:

Develop, review, and maintain high‑quality technical documentation for products and services

Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to gather and interpret technical information

Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned withpany standards
