In this role, you will provide dedicated technical back-office sales support to the North and South America regions, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of industrial generator service orders.
Your day will involve close collaboration with sales teams, internal operational areas, and customers to maintain business continuity within the Generator Order Management unit.
You will manage the full order lifecycle—from quotation to fulfillment—while ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and accurate documentation across all channels.
