<p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <p><b>Role Overview:</b></p> <p>The Technical BA/Product Owner (TPO) is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, scope, and value narrative for BMJ's Discovery & Modernisation Blueprint. The role bridges business priorities and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment between Publishing, Events, Marketing, CRM, Digital Health, BI, and the future-state GCP data platform.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Primary Purpose</b></p> <p>To act as the single owner of value, scope, prioritisation, and business alignment across the Blueprint, ensuring that the architecture, POC, Wave Plan, Operating Model, Governance Starter Kit, and cost model form a compelling investment case for BMJ's Board.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p> Lead the articulation of program...
