Role Overview

Aion Digital is looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to support large‑scale banking transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6 – 8 years of total professional experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Banking experience (Mandatory)
  • Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Cards, Lending, KYC, Account Opening, Payments, or Digital Banking
  • Strong experience in BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, BPMN, and UAT
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture
  • Experience working on Banking Transformation or Digital Banking projects
  • Based in Pakistan with willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
