Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge Business and Technology teams, driving business analysis activities from requirement gathering through solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, agile delivery experience, and hands‑on technical expertise to translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
Mandatory Skill‑set- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Technical Business Analysis, preferably within the Insurance domain;
- Must have experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and end‑to‑end project delivery;
- Must have experience in technical background with experience as a Developer or Technical BA, with exposure to Java, C#, .NET, PHP, AngularJS, or Vue.js;
- Good knowledge of MS SQL, including database querying and basic database design concepts;
