Insight Global is seeking a Technical BA for one of financial services clients. On a day to day this role operates within the Compliance team, supporting enterprise initiatives while overseeing Central Compliance portal operations and ongoing business as usual work. The individual leads requirements gathering with U.S. and global stakeholders, translating regulatory and business needs into detailed BRDs and partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and offshore developers to deliver solutions, often managing and prioritizing work through Jira. Acting as a product owner for vendor applications like ComplySci, they also support business users with application troubleshooting and administrative requests. The role includes strong technical analysis, such as data analysis, writing SQL queries, and leveraging knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations to assess impacts and improve functionality.
