Local Sales Closer (Digital Marketing Services)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, QA, and Clients to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification sessions.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
