Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical/Business Data Analyst to support our client in Albany, NY. This is a hybrid role with an onsite presence required in Albany, NY two days per week.



Job Duties

Business Analysis & Documentation

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement

  • Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows

  • Document current-state and future-state workflows

  • Create, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation

  • Support strategic initiatives by translating high-level goals into actionable documentation and processes


Data Analysis & SQL Development


  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
