Position Overview
Technical Buyer (Engineering service) is responsible for the end-to-end project procurement management, coordinates and negotiates with suppliers for low-cost and high-quality supply of service and materials for a project and strategizing techniques to deliver the service and materials within budget and time frame.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize the preparation of the project integrated plan based on the contract and Engineering service project characteristics, and monitor the implementation of the plan.
