Key Responsibilities Estimating Leadership
Own the quoting function across cladding, louvres, screens, and signage. Take responsibility for pricing, mark-up strategy, and preliminaries & general (P&G) discipline. Lead bid/no-bid decisions and manage high volumes of revisions (Rev 2/3/4, etc.). Rate Library & Estimating Tool Ownership
Act as the product owner of the structured estimating tool. Build and maintain a single, consolidated rate library and encode pricing logic based on more than two years of historical cost data. Marketing & Business Development
Own the inbound pipeline, including relationships with quantity surveyors (QSs), architects, and contractors. Manage CRM systems and follow-ups, generate leads from tender feeds, prepare proposals and capability statements, oversee digital presence, and track competitive intelligence.
