Job Description
* **Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data.*** **Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing for CIAM services and connected applications.*** **Validate customer journeys such as registration, login, password reset, profile updates, consent capture, MFA, and account recovery.*** **Support release readiness through structured planning, execution, and reporting of test activities.*** **Proven experience as a Technical Tester, QA Engineer, Test Analyst, or similar role.*** **Experience testing web applications, APIs, and integrated enterprise systems.*** **Experience in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Identity & Access Management, or digital customer platforms.*** **Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) or similar CIAM platforms is strongly preferred.*** **Experience working in enterprise environments using ServiceNow processes an...
