Job Description

Internal Consultant Position

An Internal Consultant is needed to support the External Fleet Sales Consultants with various customer service and administrative duties, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Matric qualification
  2. No criminal record
  3. Ideally reside in the surrounding areas

Duties:

  1. Enrolling new customers and units onto the system
  2. Assisting clients with any changes on the cloud or mobile app
  3. Collating information and generating reports
  4. Distributing reports as required
  5. Maintaining the client database, contracts, and account information

Previous experience in a similar position within a technical service environment such as fleet management, IT, automotive breakdowns, or vehicle tracking would be an advantage. Advanced MS Excel Skills are essential (Formulas, graphs, and pivots).
