Duties include: Co-deliver design thinking workshops with customers and account teams Communicate concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences Transform future state designs into prototypes, refining through customer validation Develop prototypes with a focus on reusability Synthesize and publish engagement solution stories and artifacts Hands-on experience in responsive web development Continually self-educate on ITSM and CLM capabilities Scope, document, and design solutions based on customer needs Provide high-level technical support to customers Implement low/no code solutions for ITSM & CSM Develop reports & dashboard widgets as needed D...
