- Conceptualizing tailored Microsoft 365 environments and advising on Microsoft Teams Direct Routing implementation.
- Managing the deployment of Teams with specialized calling solutions, ensuring seamless telephone integration on proprietary infrastructure.
- Implementing practical security concepts (Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA), securing devices via Intune, and establishing data‑oriented governance.
- Building, migrating and managing Azure resources; optimizing cloud networks; ensuring stable, cost‑efficient and scalable infrastructure for SMEs.
