Provide strategic technical advice and consultancy to customers across cloud, infrastructure, and workplace platforms. Analyse customer business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Design, price, and document infrastructure and cloud solutions aligned to architectural and security standards. Lead and deliver complex technical implementations and infrastructure projects. Design and implement Azure environments including Cloud Adoption Framework-aligned architectures and hub-and-spoke networking models. Deliver Azure migrations, including workload assessment, planning, and execution. Implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop, including gold image management. Design and manage Azure services including Storage Accounts (Files and Blob), Azure Backup, Azure Sync with cloud tiering, and cost management.
