Technical Consultant (OLTC and Diagnostics)

Reinhausen Asia-Pacific - Kuala Lumpur

What awaits you:

  • You will provide 2nd-level technical support to Sales teams and customers on complex issues related to substation equipment.

  • You will analyze detailed operational and measurement data for equipment such as OLTCs, transformers, circuit breakers, and other substation components.

  • You will prepare diagnostic assessments, technical recommendations, and comprehensive analysis reports.

  • You will independently lead investigations of complex incidents, reconstruct sequences of events, determine root causes, and prepare high‑quality incident reports.

  • You will conduct on-site inspections, measurements, and commissioning activities when required.

  • You will present your findings, conclusions, and recommendations professionally to customers and internal stakeholders.
