Job Description
Reporting to the Centre of Product Excellence Manager, the incumbent will be based at the AfriSam Roodepoort Plant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting planned customer visits in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers to build and strengthen relationships.
- Independently providing proactive technical support and insights to customers.
- Identifying customer’s needs and planning appropriate technical investigations or implementations in alignment with customer expectations.
- Providing expert technical support during customer interactions.
- Perform training at customer’s sites with customer staff.
- Fostering and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Enhancing AfriSam’s brand credibility through technical expertise and service delivery.
