One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a Technical Contract Manager to be based in Central London and to work across a portfolio of commercial contracts.
They are looking for an individual from a strong technical background who will be able to provide a first class customer service and be able to organise, manage and motivate their maintenance teams.
The role will also be reporting directly to the Business Unit Leader and will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial properties.
