Support and/or lead validation protocols and project activities related to Compounding, Mixing, Forming, and Chlorination processes.Conduct laboratory trials focusing on key process parameters for continuous improvement.Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to incoming raw materials and production processes.Coordinate glove or material samples for testing, storage, and shipment.Initiate and coordinate testing requests and related documentation for quality and regulatory requirements.Prepare summary reports, technical analyses, test protocols, and final reports.Update technical specifications in accordance with internal change control procedures.Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements.Communicate effectively across departments and provide timely feedback.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications &...
