The Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating architectural and technical drawings on-site, ensuring alignment with construction activities and resolving design-related issues with consultants and subcontractors. Must be an Architecture graduate with experience in high-rise building projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum1 year of experience in an architectural or design coordination role
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools such asAutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, design processes, and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external consultants
- Familiarity with building codes, permitting processes, and local regulations is a plus
