Le Chene is supporting a growing creative production business in the UAE to appoint a senior Technical / Creative Directorto oversee operational delivery, creative excellence, and scalable studio infrastructure.
This is a strategic leadership role within a high-performing, brand-led environment.
Scope
- End-to-end oversight of production across integrated brand campaigns
- Establishing and optimising internal workflows, processes & delivery standards
- Budget ownership, cost management & margin control
- Vendor, supplier, artist, influencer & freelancer management
- Resource planning and studio capacity oversight
- Partnering with leadership to drive operational scalability
