**Technical Customer Support: 4-Month Contract**
**Location:** Onsite
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm, 8:00am–4:30pm, or 8:30am–5:00pm
**Pay Rate:** $24.00/hour
**Position Summary**
The Technical Customer Support role provides high‑quality technical and customer support to internal and external customers in a contact center environment. This position is focused on email‑based support and requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset. Successful candidates bring solid soft skills, electrical or mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
