Job Description
15+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a delivery lead, technical project management, or senior scrum master role on digital banking or fintech programmes.
Demonstrable technical background — either through prior software engineering, solution architecture, or technical business analysis experience — sufficient to engage as a credible peer with developers, architects, and platform teams on technical delivery questions.
Proven delivery experience on programmes spanning mobile application development (iOS and Android), REST API platforms, microservices architectures, and integrations with core banking or enterprise systems.
Expert command of delivery management disciplines: work breakdown structures, dependency mapping, RAID management, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and agile delivery ceremonies.
