- Project Planning: Work with the team to define use case scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the technical delivery.
- Team Management: Build and lead high-performing software development teams. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
