Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onshore delivery team to manage end-to-end software development and production support for approved initiatives, including projects, change requests, and L3 production fixes.
- Oversee the full SDLC lifecycle from analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to plan, manage, and ensure smooth transition of deliverables.
- Work closely with Enterprise and Domain Architects to align application architecture with enterprise standards and strategic technology direction.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on application architecture, system design, and development best practices.
- Ensure delivery quality and compliance with established software delivery methodologies, coding standards, and security requirements, including clean Veracode and SonarQube results.
