The role leads Building projects in the Singapore market, including Data-Centre typology The role requires a PEB (Registered in Singapore) with Masters/Degree, from Engineering Consultancy or Design/Architectural Practice with above 15 years of senior-level experience Building/Property/Commercial Projects - To provide technical leadership and governance, supporting work winning, design, and multi-disciplinary delivery. Data-centre experience is required Act as the key point of accountability, aligning client requirements with technical execution and team performance.
