Overview


Shape the future of competitive gymnastics as the Technical Director and Head Coach at HHGC, a full time permanent position. Oversee all competitive programs while collaborating closely with leadership and coaching staff. In this senior role at HHGC, you will guide planning, administration, and direct coaching responsibilities.


Responsibilities



  • Oversee planning and programming for competitive gymnastics

  • Approve time sheets and event planning for coaches

  • Coach select gymnast groups with skill assessment

  • Organize parent relations and communication efficiently

  • Evaluate equipment and ensure safety compliance

  • Lead HHGC’s competitive gymnastics program with integrity, fostering excellence and growth in young athletes
