Job Description
Responsibilities: Assist in planning, design and prepare the Electrical/Mechanical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings' drawings for tender (These services include electrical/mechanical installation to indoor and outdoor facilities, underground piping system, lightning protection system, CCTV, single line diagram/schematic drawings etc). Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval. Prepare all Electrical/Mechanical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software). Requirements: Nitec or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in Electrical/Mechanical building services in consultancy firm/relevant industry. Good knowledge and skillful to use AutoCAD, ArchiCad & Revit Software.
