Key responsibilities:
- Provide training to new Sales staff and advanced training for Experienced Sales staff on High-end product.
- Support Salespersons and Customers for any technical queries on products.
- Provide consultation to Customers to maximize products performance.
- Provide first training to Customers purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision, etc.
- Offering After-sales support services, solving client problems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 1-5 years experienced in Technical Support/ R&D, working in Factory Automation industry is an advantage.
- Experienced in PLC programming is a PLUS.
- Excellent commands of English.
- Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
