Kotra Pharma is seeking a Technical Engineer to support machine reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor machine performance and implement preventive measures to improve efficiency.
- Handle machine setup, adjustment, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and provide technical support to production teams.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and engineering standards.
