RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, review, and manage architectural drawings, reports, and specifications for submission to authorities.
Coordinate with architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
Ensure compliance with local zoning, building, and fire codes, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Track submission progress and follow up with authorities to resolve queries or issues.
Verify quality and completeness of all submitted documents before submission.
