Technical FM Position
My client in Cape Town requires a Technical FM to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Grade 12
- Appropriate Electrical Tertiary qualification:
- NDip / Suitable trade test - discipline
- Must be red seal qualified
- Wireman’s Licence: Single Phase and Three Phase
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities environment, built environment or equivalent knowledge or skill
- Experience in Call Centre, Data Centre, IT Environment (related to the technical aspect) - Advantageous
- Experience and Exposure to: Fire Systems (Early Detection), CCTV, Access Control and Biometrics systems.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
