Overview
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Manager for our site based in Nailsea. As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This job is a part of the Facilities Management function that focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
