Our client is looking for a Technical Farm Manager to join the team. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ previous experience of commercial crop farming is essential.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge and experience.
- Understanding of modern agricultural practices.
- Knowledge of tractors, implements and harvesting equipment.
- Knowledge of crop chemical usage and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Prior experience in workshop management on a farm will be advantageous.
- Diligence, precision, accuracy, and execution form an integral part of the successful candidate’s daily operation.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills and an ability to maintain discipline within the work-team are an absolute must for this position.
