Your contribution:
As a Technical Field Support Representative, you will support the Aftermarket business across Africa by providing hands‑on technical expertise and customer support.
Your role will include delivering technical trainings in various formats—from on‑site customer visits and small group sessions to larger conference‑style presentations. You will cover battery technologies, diagnostics, fitting instructions, and vehicle electronics systems, while also creating training materials and technical documentation. In addition, you will perform product demonstrations and trials, manage technical and warranty queries, and support customers in handling claims from their end users.
