Technical Instructor (Adult Nursing)

We are seeking

a dynamic and enthusiastic Technical Instructor (Adult Nursing) to join our Clinical Skills and Simulation Technician Team. This role is ideal for newly qualified or experienced nurses looking to transition into an educational environment.

You will play a key role in the delivery of clinical skills and simulation-based teaching, maintenance of high‑quality simulation equipment, and support of learners as they develop essential clinical competencies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate clinical skills teaching and simulation-based activities across undergraduate and postgraduate health and social care programmes

Provide high-quality technical and instructional support to academic colleagues and learners

Demonstrate, prepare, and maintain specialist clinical and simulation equipment, ensuring it is safe and fully operational
