Job Description
**Technical Instructor - Metering**
This position is primarily responsible for developing and delivering training in revenue metering, communications, meter service order work, and other meter-related courses to support safe, reliable, and accurate metering systems.
**Primary functions of this position**
+ Promote and reinforce safe work practices in all training and field activities
+ Develop training programs for new equipment, software, and procedures
+ Design and develop web-based training materials
+ Create and maintain technical training manuals and work instructions
+ Deliver instructor-led training classes
+ Identify training needs proactively and develop effective solutions to address them
+ Conduct field visits to assess training retention and evaluate classroom effectiveness
