Platform Tech Lead
Strategic technical leadership of multiple cross‑functional software development teams. Acting as recognised technical authority for Cloud Platform across the group internationally.
Building a world class development platform.
- Introduce and embed software development best practices and techniques
- Inject urgency and direction across the Platform teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering management to upskill, develop and nurture the engineers
- Provides mentorship to principal engineers within the Platform teams
- Promote the latest techniques and technologies in software development
