Role :
As a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Lead, you will be the highest technical escalation point for support projects (AMS). You will lead the offshore/onsite support team, ensure adherence to SLAs, provide technical solutions for production issues, and manage complex integrations. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and PaaS extensions to drive production stability and continuous improvements.
