Responsibilities Lead the technical implementation and integration of the solution. Oversee engineering practices, including secure coding, code reviews, test automation, and adherence to quality standards. Provide technical leadership to developers and testers on estimation, solution design, defect triage, and root cause analysis. Manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and environment setup across development, staging, and production environments. Ensure operational readiness, including observability, error handling, and production incident support, including after-hours support rotation when required. Drive system performance tuning, reliability improvements, and compliance with security standards. Prepare technical documentation and conduct technical walkthroughs for delivery and operational handover.
