Technical Lead Implementation Engineer – Professional Services

Tealium is a leading provider of customer data platforms (CDP) that empowers organizations to unify data and deliver personalized, privacy‑conscious experiences. The company is expanding its Professional Services team with a focus on AI‑enabled customer engagement solutions.

Job Focus

In this customer‑facing role you will:

  • Lead complex implementations, providing technical configuration, deployment, and validation of Tealium iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, DataAccess, Insights, and related products.
  • Act as the technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
