Job Description

Job Title: Technical Lead – IDMC (MDM & Reference )

Location: % Remote Work

Type: Contract for 6 months extendable

Salary: 2-4 lakhs Monthly (Negotiable based on the experience)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC , including:
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Reference Services
  • Proven experience in designing and developing data ingress and egress integrations.
  • Expertise in MDM match/merge logic and survivorship rule configuration and tuning .
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data concepts .
  • Experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical SME on MDM implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in large-scale or enterprise MDM implementations.
