Job Description
- Lead and guide a team of data engineers on multiple projects.
- Work on data preparation and pipeline development for predictive modeling.
- Tasks include: data interrogation, exploratory data analysis, profiling, and reconciliation.
- Create, revise, and monitor data pipelines based on input from product managers and data scientists.
- Develop and manage features, including initial testing.
- Collaborate with other staff like product managers, data scientists, and architects to solve problems.
- Create and manage data assets, datasets, and code with a focus on simplicity, scalability, reusability, and clear documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of relevant data engineering experience.
- Deep experience implementing DBT and leading ETL/ELT development.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with specific AWS technologies: Redshift, MWAA, EMR, and Glue.
