Job Description

We're Hiring: Technical Lead | Toronto (Hybrid) | $85/hr CAD

Are you a hands‑on technical leader with deep expertise in contact center modernization and agentic AI? We're looking for a Technical Lead (Manager level) to drive end‑to‑end architecture and delivery across our CCaaS and AI transformation initiatives.
