Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all technical activities related to civil and architectural construction projects
- Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documentation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, building codes and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to project managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors and planning teams
- Lead design coordination meetings and monitor design changes, RFIs and technical clarifications
- Review architectural and structural drawings to identify and resolve conflicts before construction
