Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Technical Manager MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP technical coordination, BIM integration, design review, and project execution support across large-scale high-rise developments. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all technical MEP activities for high-rise building projects. - Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project and authority standards. - Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery. - Oversee BIM coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines. - Manage and review Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings. - Resolve technical and engineering issues related to MEP systems during project execution. - Ensure proper coordination of HVAC, Plumbing, Ele...
