What you do
You are responsible for organizing maintenance, optimizing the production site, and leading and supporting the technical team. You are responsible for implementing a preventive and corrective maintenance plan. You are able to solve technical issues and analyze them further. You monitor KPIs and performance, and make investment proposals when needed. You coordinate between the technical departments within the Coating division. You work constructively with the prevention advisor and environmental coordinator. You prepare investment budgets, support them with the necessary analyses, and present them to the CEO in a clear and convincing manner. Who you are
