Key Responsibilities
Precast Production Oversight Manage the full lifecycle of precast operations: mould design, rebar preparation, casting, curing, demoulding, finishing, and storage.Review and approve concrete mix designs, ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with standards.Implement Lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment to minimise downtime. Technical Design & Engineering Lead the review and coordination of precast element designs, reinforcement detailing, and connection concepts.Ensure designs are practical, safe, and compliant with project specifications, codes, and constructability standards.Integrate BIM, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and Revit into the detailing and production process.
