Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Manager for KIKI. KIKI - a voice assistant, developed by Zalo, is one of the most popular AI products in Vietnam. Currently, KIKI has achieved some brightful success:

  • Cooperated with 20+ hardware supplier;
  • Integrated as a default voice assistant on 300K+ devices;
  • Served 1M+ monthly-user;

    • You will:

  • Develop strategy for products, technology, human resource, etc to cover KIKI with the entire Vietnamese market;
  • Technical ownership for the quality and timeline of the multiple-technology projects;
  • Work closely with the cross teams to make sure that the standards and practices are followed;
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle;
