Technical Officer (Mobility) | Class 3 License Needed
Working Hours: Monday – Friday @ 8am-5.30pm
Working Location: Multiple Sites
What You’ll Do:- Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.
- Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and coordinate with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work.
- Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in the system; prepare and collate information for monthly reports.
- Perform backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and carry out basic diagnostics of issues.
- Respond to and troubleshoot issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware.
